Environmentally friendly products supplied for cleaning homes and offices. What we do not supply are: Vacuums, mops & buckets, step stool, toilet brushes, and specialty items like silver polish, wood cleaner, or bleach. Let us know which specialty products we should use – it’s never a problem.

Trained as housekeepers, anticipate the same person to return each time. If a change is necessary, clients can reschedule or accept the fill-in. A manager or concierge is always available to handle special requests. Of course, but keep in mind time limitations and special service extras offered separately. We can match almost any need to earn satisfaction and trust form every household.

Let us know within 48 hours to have someone return immediately. The reclean is to complete current tasks, so anything scheduled past four days from the initial clean is ineligible. Any recleans that do not match the specifications or time paid are ineligible. If your home is not in standard condition, our cleaners can refuse service or have management help you considered different options to complete the job.

While most companies pray homeowners never notice, we encourage our staff to take the appropriate time to avoid accidents, and be honest if they do so can handle the loss immediately. Call within 48 hours and we will send a manager. We are insured and bonded

Absolutely. Each workspace is filled with different equipment, personalities, and needs. A quote becomes our service contract with a business. Our staff is overseen with a manager the first few visits, then we follow-up periodically to ensure satisfaction.

Prior to arrival, payment is made. We accept all major credit cards. Checks or Cash payments must be arranged and received 24 hours before appointments. Chase Quick-Pay & Venmo also accepted. Clients receive auto generated summary with all credit card payments. Tips may be added, but cash is the preferred method.

Let’s just say they’re never a good thing. Cancellations must be received no later than 2pm they day before your service. Last minute cancellations and no shows are subject to $50 fees unless the schedules cleaning is for more than 4hours when we take 50%.
