Trained as housekeepers, anticipate the same person to return each time. If a change is necessary, clients can reschedule or accept the fill-in. After four visits or with a package purchase of four (+), committed clients can receive customize cleaning for their space.  More than noting problem areas, we transition your house cleaner into a housekeeper.

Let us know within 48 hours to have someone return immediately. The reclean is to complete current tasks, so anything scheduled past four days from the initial clean is ineligible. 
Any recleans that do not match the specifications or time paid are ineligible. If your home is not in standard condition, our cleaners can refuse service or have management help you considered different options to complete the job.

While most companies pray homeowners never notice, we encourage our staff to take the appropriate time to avoid accidents, and be honest if they do so can handle the loss immediately. Call within 48 hours and we will send a manager. We are insured and bonded

Absolutely.  Each workspace is filled with different equipment, personalities, and needs.  A quote becomes our service contract with a business. 
Our staff is overseen with a manager the first few visits, then we follow-up periodically to ensure satisfaction.

Let’s just say they’re never a good thing. Cancellations must be received no later than 2pm they day before your service. Last minute cancellations and no shows are subject to $50 fees unless the schedules cleaning is for more than 4hours when we take 50%.
